Chris Hunt

Chris Hunt (UK) is a British trance DJ and producer whose roots in the genre go back to his teenage years, inspired by the late-1990s trance sound and artists such as Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Tiësto and Paul van Dyk. He started DJing at 14 and later moved into production, initially creating edits and mash-ups before developing his own original material.
After exploring styles including progressive, house, techno and drum & bass, Chris returned to trance, where his productions combine euphoric influences with modern, energetic and uplifting production. His catalogue includes releases on labels such as Ablazing Records, TSOE and RSNT.
Alongside his production work, Chris also shares his passion for the genre through his Classic Vinyl Sessions on YouTube, revisiting trance records from the vinyl era and showcasing the music that helped shape his sound and DJing background.
His RSNT release “Electrostatic” continues that direction, bringing a melodic, uplifting and club-focused sound into the label’s modern trance catalogue.
