Before buying
Check the event date, venue, age limit and ticket type. Use the ticket seller linked from the event page. The usual 14-day distance-selling cancellation right does not generally apply to events scheduled for a specific date.
Arrival and respect
Have your ticket and any required ID ready. Accessibility, permitted items and re-entry arrangements are event-specific. Respect personal boundaries. Harassment, discrimination and violence have no place at our events. Follow staff safety instructions and report concerns to staff. Call 112 in an emergency.
Changes and refunds
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Significant programme changes may entitle customers to compensation. Instructions will be published through official event channels. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Photography and contact
